Size-wise, Berlin is pretty big but its key areas are wonderfully compact and easily navigated on foot, by bike or with public transport. Cafes are jammed at all hours, drinking is a religious rite and clubs keep going through the weekend into Monday. Locals and expats follow the credo 'live and let live' and put greater emphasis on personal freedom and a creative lifestyle than on material wealth and status symbols. I couldn't find a comprehensive chart on the OrchestralTools website that lists what content overlaps between different libraries. Laid-back Lifestyleīerlin is a big multicultural metropolis but deep down it maintains the unpretentious charm of an international village. I have Metropolis Ark 1+2+3 and I'm teetering on the edge of the BO Inspires, Berlin Strings and Berlin Brass - but if BO Inspire 1+2 are just sub-sets of MA and Berlin Main, then I can skip those.
